Australian Made & Owned

Since 1984, we have been proudly Australian made and owned. Our toothpaste, Mouthwash and Liquid Chlorophyll are all made in Australia, and our packaging is too – all of our tubes and boxes are made in Melbourne.

We proudly sport the Australian Made and Owned logo on our packaging as it’s the true mark of Aussie made authenticity. It’s Australia’s most trusted, recognised and widely used country of origin symbol and is underpinned by a third-party accreditation system, which ensures products that carry the logo are certified as ‘genuine Australian.’

Vegan Certification

The Grants of Australia Oral Care range includes nine toothpastes, a mouthwash and three toothbrushes which are Certified Vegan by the Vegan Awareness Foundation. The Certified Vegan Logo is a registered trademark for products that do not contain animal products or byproducts and that have not been tested on animals. The Certified Vegan Logo is permitted on products owned by companies located in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and US territories but is distributed and recognized worldwide. 

Certified Vegan Standards (as listed on the Vegan Awareness Foundation website, vegan.org)

Vegan is defined as: no animal or animal by-products to include flesh, bones, dairy, eggs, honey, fur, leather, wool, down feathers, and cosmetics or chemical products tested on animals.

No Animal Products
Products approved to carry the Certified Vegan logo must not contain ingredients of meat, fish, fowl, animal by-products (including silk or dyes from insects), eggs or egg products, milk or milk products, honey or honey bee products, or be clarified or finished with any animal products. 

No Animal Testing
They must involve no animal testing of ingredients or finished product by supplier, producer, manufacturer or independent party.

No Animal GMO's
They must contain no known animal-derived GMOs or genes used to manufacture ingredients or finished products.

Provide Verification
They must provide supplier verification that animal products were not used in the manufacturing of ingredients.
